1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the parties to the Agreement: the administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
1.2. By using the services of this site, the User confirms his full agreement with the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is considered concluded and acquires the force of a contract from the moment a person performs actions with the Site. In case of disagreement with the Agreement, the User undertakes to stop viewing or using the services of the Site, and also remove any materials posted by him on the Site.
1.3. 2.2. The user has the right to post on this site any advertisements that do not violate current legislation, change or delete them, publish his opinion about the advertisements of another user, observing the norms of current legislation and public morality.
2.3. By posting your ad, The user bears full responsibility for its content and for the possible consequences of its publication.
2.4. The User has the right to sign up for various types of subscriptions to email notifications, thereby giving permission to receive emails from the Administration.
3.1. The Administration ensures the functioning of the Site's services and undertakes to eliminate technical problems as quickly as possible, with the exception of problems outside its area of technical control or force majeure circumstances.
3.2. The administration has the right to delete advertisements and comments to them, violating applicable law or the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. The administration has the right to moderate advertisements, refuse to publish or delete advertisements with inappropriate content or advertisements with obvious signs of spam (inappropriate content, duplicate advertisements).
3.4. The Administration has the right to block the User's access to the board in case of systematic violation of the terms of the Agreement.
3.5. The Administration has the right to change the functions and services of the Site at its discretion without any notice, based on its capabilities, anonymous statistical data and the wishes of Users.
3.6. The administration has the right to introduce paid services and change current tariffs at its discretion.
3.7. The Administration has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement and stop providing the Site services without compensation for losses with prior notification to the User about termination of the Agreement by publishing this information on the Site and/or notification by email.
4.1. The administration undertakes to protect your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (see below).
4.2. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy and quality of posted advertisements, or for the User’s violation of copyright and other rights of third parties by publishing materials that do not comply with current legislation.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for losses or damages arising from the use of the Site.
4.4. The administration is not responsible for the content of comments and messages posted by users in response to advertisements, and recommends refraining from insults, threats, and other forms of unacceptable behavior.
4.5. The user is responsible for the information posted by him on the Site, in accordance with current legislation.
5.1. This User Agreement applies to all Users of the Site, regardless of the purpose of using the Site, and is concluded for an indefinite period.
5.2. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User begins using the ads board and is valid until it is canceled or replaced by the Administration.
5.3. The current version of the Agreement is permanently posted at the URL: https://glob.am/ru/user-agreement . The administration reserves the right to change or supplement this user agreement at any time without prior or subsequent notice. The user independently monitors changes to the Agreement and becomes familiar with the current version of the user agreement. Continued use of the Site by the User after changes and/or additions to this Agreement means the User’s acceptance and consent to such changes and/or additions.
5.4. The administration reserves the right to make changes to this user agreement without prior notice. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Site.
5.5. Any disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement are resolved through negotiations between the parties, and if they fail, on the basis of the current RA Agreement.
