If you have not received an email after more than 10 minutes, please check the Spam folder in your mailbox account. If you find an activation letter in it, move it to your Inbox or simply mark it as “Not Spam.” After this, go to the address specified in the activation letter - you're done, your account is activated.

Your ad has been accepted, but the system, considering it undesirable, has blocked its display. This can happen for several reasons:
- a new ad is an almost complete duplicate of the existing one, 
- a new ad was published in the wrong category,
- the ad text contains offensive or obscene words.
If you think, that the refusal to display the ad is unfounded, please contact us using the feedback form indicated in the lower right corner of the site.

Of course, this must be noted when registering a new account․ In addition, legal entities can decorate their page with a company logo, slogan, or background image.

Ads are moderated automatically using AI and will be published almost instantly.

However, under certain circumstances described in the User Agreement, further manual moderation is possible.

To avoid unwanted distortion or large white margins around the edges, please upload images with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Or, in other words, the ratio of the width of the image to its height is 1.33․ For example:  1920px X1440px, 960px X 720px, 640px X 480px.

An unregistered user can contact the seller by phone - to display the seller's phone number, click on the phone mask, or by email by clicking on the "Write" button.

This is not necessary. However, their indication can speed up the sale of your product or service. Or it will improve the targeted consideration of your proposal, for example, the location of recruitment and classes with students.

First you need to select a region, then a city. If your locality is not in the list, select the nearest city.

You have two options for promoting your ad - “On top” and “Urgent”. 

When promoted to the top, your ad will immediately appear in first place on the main page and on the page of its category. A raised ad will lower the position if someone else or you later uses the option again.
That is, there is a permanent rotation of the primary positions. The option is valid for 2 days.

The "Urgent" mark, like the first option, works for 2 days for one ad. This option adds a bright “Urgent” sticker over the ad' photo. Recommended for quick sale of last-minute deals.
The user can use each function no more than 5 times within 2 days. Both options are applicable both for different and for the same ad.

Options are available in your Account in the "Ads" section.

A registered user, in addition to the ability to publish advertisements, receives the following opportunities:

- communication with the seller through your personal account (Conversation),

- organize a section for your Favorite items,

- and some other amenities

After registration you can edit your profile by indicating your region, city and address. Then this data will be inserted automatically when a new publication is made. You can also change the address of the product/service if it is located at a different address.

A registered user can delete his account by clicking on the link in the top menu "My Account". then, if necessary, touch the “Open account menu” button and go to the first item - “Account”. Here he can edit his data and also delete his account.
When you delete an account, all of his ads and comments will be deleted forever.
